Our friend Sunny once again graces us with his presence. And being the first one of us to jump headfirst into the next generation, he offers his first impressions of Microsoft's new console.
Ah…the Xbox One is here. After a summer full of being slammed about some poor decisions and iffy PR, the successor to the Xbox 360 has arrived. Hey! Now that both consoles are out, maybe the console wars will subside.

It has been too long, my friends. Many moons since I last delved into the festering pile of forgotten games. But Halloween is upon us, and it is at this time of the year that the nightmarish horrors we spend the rest of the time trying to forget claw themselves to the very forefront of our consciousness. Yes, bats and mummies, truly the bane of our existence.
But we must face our fears! I have gathered here a small sampling of games that will test our resolve.

REVIEW - The Stanley Parable (PC)
It has been an interesting year for narrative driven games. Some have managed to simply provide an intriguing backdrop for their shooting galleries. Some have stripped even that away to make finding postcards an interesting experience. And then there's The Stanley Parable. TSP (as it will henceforth be known) is a game of choices. Open a door. Don't open a door. Push a button. Don't push a button. But by its very nature, it is a false sense of freedom. The game knows, at the same time, that you will push and not push that button.
